Do you want to grow butterflies? Engineer clean water? Or make a Mento Geyser?
Join us on Sunday for our summer Religious Education program at 10:15 a.m!

Here’s what we’ve planned:

PreK – 1st grade

PreK – 1st grade will spend the summer developing their “kindness muscle” through a program of mindful activities focused on “Growing Kindness.”

2nd – 5th grade

2nd – 5th grade, teacher Ronan Braun is calling all nature lovers to join in for a hands-on exploration of all things outdoors! We’ll experience the web of life through projects involving bugs, spiders, trees, gardens, and water. Be prepared to get a little dirty.

6th – 8th grade

6th – 8th grade will use the Lodestone program to focus on essential topics in Unitarian Universalism of diversity, community, spiritual practice, reason and curiosity. The summer will provide teachable moments couched in deep fun!!

No pre-registration required – just show up for Sunday Services with your family!

Like to have good discussions and fun with science? With 12 to 14 year olds? The RE program is looking for summer middle school guides to journey alongside our youth over the summer. If you think this may be you and you’d like more information please contact Indigo at indigo@mduuc.org
