It’s a tough time to maintain balance in our lives. It seems that we are each challenged to engage in what is happening around us while concurrently, caring for ourselves. This is not an easy task! Come and explore some things that may help you maintain your balance.
Drop-ins are welcome. The class is one hour with the following format: Check-in and sharing, a brief educational piece, followed by an activity.
° Week 1: Honoring our feelings while creating space for personal happiness
° Week 2: The top tips on coping from the cognitive/behavioral toolbox
° Week 3: Drumming meditation (bring what you have. Drums and percussion instruments will be provided)
° Week 4: Connecting with and in nature
