The session begins with 80 minutes of gentle integrated yoga asanas and stretches, breath work exercises, relaxation techniques and opportunities to set neural pathways for happiness that include laughter yoga. A 20-minute guided relaxation meditation follows. Suggested donation: $5 per class, this is a drop-in class.
