August 6: FLOUR Communion: Sharing Food for the Journey

We often speak of our dream of “beloved community.” But, just as a community changes and grows, beloved community is not a destination. “Beloved community” is a dynamic process. And to stay in this process, we all need to find ways to nourish ourselves and each other. Bring a flour-based food of your choice (breads, cookies, churros, pastries, pizzas, etc) to share with others during the service as we explore ways to sustain our hearts, spirits, and bodies on this beloved journey. And we do need gluten-free, soy-free, vegan, and nut-free options too! Led by Rev. Ranwa Hammamy.
