Focusing on the inevitability of our own death is no easy matter. Please save the date for a day-long comprehensive effort to help us all make the choices that make a difference when we come to the end of life. Focusing on these difficult conversations in advance and having them with our family members can greatly reduce the stress of those last months.
Topics will include:
° Medical directives and new forms available
° Conversations with family and how to have them
° Hospice and when you use it
° Thinking about end of life care and using providers
° New end of life options for death with dignity
° Estate and financial planning
Facilitators: Lead Minister Rev. Leslie Takahashi, Intern Minister Jim Lewis and the Pastoral Visitors
Fee: $ 10
